This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for self drive car bookings made with Bharat Self Drive through our mobile app.
Cancellations
You may cancel a booking from the app subject to the cancellation window shown at the time of reservation. Cancellations outside the eligible window may incur a fee or forfeit part of the prepaid amount.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timelines defined by your bank or payment provider. Security deposits are released after vehicle inspection and settlement of any outstanding charges.
Early return
Returning a vehicle earlier than booked may not automatically reduce the rental charge unless stated in your booking confirmation. Contact support for assistance with schedule changes.
